We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to finding the perfect fit for your Western lifestyle.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and footwear is returned in its original branded box.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
